Whether you yell, stomp, burn slowly or hide, anger is killing all your chances for happiness.  In this small group gathering of teens you’ll learn how to navigate through the stormy waters of adolescence with some grace and dignity.  We’ll practice some techniques to get around the frustration, confusion and intolerance you may encounter in your life.

Are You Listening to Me?  A Communication Workshop for Teens, ‘Tweens and Their Parents
This workshop explores the very real and frustrating tensions between teens and their parents, uncovering the common source of these tensions and positing ways to overcome the communication gap so that families can live together in a more positive, sane, and mutually supportive manner.  Family members will get a chance to participate in exercises with their peers and with each other.
