coaching and consulting offers

I offer a variety of coaching packages and other services to meet your needs. Typically, clients contract for coaching or consulting to address issues around School Success, Relationships with family and friends, Self-Confidence, Effective Communication, or Creating rules and consequences.

Discovery Session
Parents and Tweens or Teens who are ready to begin coaching (or who want to try out my services) start with a Discovery Session, which lasts from 1-1½ hours at one set fee.

The Discovery Session focuses on learning about your family so that I can recommend next steps for you. It sets the tone for your coaching and your success. Clients come away with tools they can implement right away!

3-Month Gifted-Teen Coaching
This is where lift-off can really happen!

Through the coaching process, families gain clarity, regain their optimism, and start to make powerful shifts. During this time we create a vision for you as an individual or family and start to take action on that vision. Typically, clients see results in as few as 1 or 2 sessions! We use the three months to sustain momentum and reinforce the positive changes.

Fees depend upon how many family members are involved in the coaching. There is a 10% discount on pre-paid contracts.

ADD/ADHD Coaching

Parent/Teen Tune-Up and Put Margit on Speed-Dial
(Ongoing support for current or former clients who have completed a 3 or 6 month contract)

Adolescence lasts a looooooong time! Isn't it nice to know that you've always got a support system at hand? Enjoy ongoing phone coaching for as long as you need it, at significantly reduced rates.

Family Advocate for School Meetings 
Of course you're a great advocate for your child, but do you know which questions to ask, which accomodations are reasonable and which are not, and how to interface with school personnel in a way that encourages total buy-in for your child's success and well being? I do - my 25 years as a teacher and school counselor bring a unique perspective to your 504 or IEP process. Let someone with an "insider's" experience and expertise ask the hard questions and present your case before school personnel.
