parent coaching
This coaching package includes strategies tailored to your family and your values. Parents learn how to be coaches for their child/ren.
Although I recommend at least 4 months of coaching, it's not a requirement.

The Coaching System:
The first session is the 1+ hour Discovery Session, in which we meet to review parent questionnaire(s) and determine which strategies would be most beneficial for you and your family.

Months 1, 2, 3
Focused guidance and support via:
• Three monthly 45-minute calls/visits (or combination of calls and visits)
• Unlimited calls between sessions
• Unlimited email support
• Assessment of existing IEP or 504 plan OR suggestions about how to a work with school to create an effective IEP or 504 Plan
• Research and referrals where appropriate
• Copy of StrengthsFinder book and review of results

Month 4
Continued guidance and support via:
• Three monthly 45-minute calls/visits (or combination of calls and visits)
• Two 30-minute calls between sessions
• Unlimited email support
• Research and referrals where appropriate

Month 5
Continued guidance and support via:
• Two monthly 45-minute calls/visits (or combination of calls and visits)
• One 30-minute call between sessions
• Unlimited email support
• Research and referrals where appropriate
 
Month 6
Continued guidance via:
• One 45-minute call or visit
• Unlimited email support
